Privacy Notice (KVKK)

As Adastra Yazılım ve Teknoloji Çözümleri, we care about the security of the personal data we process in our capacity as data controller as defined in Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK). We would therefore like to inform you about how your personal data is processed.

Purpose and legal basis of processing

Your personal data is processed within the purposes and legal bases set out below, in accordance with Law No. 6698 and secondary legislation. Personal data obtained from our website at "emlakcrm.sectionerp.com", such as "full name, email address, phone number, IP address and log records", is processed on the legal bases of the legitimate interests of the organization, fulfilment of legal obligations, and the establishment and protection of rights, within the legal bases in sub-paragraphs (ç), (e) and (f) of the second paragraph of Article 5 of Law No. 6698, for the purposes of fulfilling obligations under Law No. 5651, improving the service provided to you, ensuring security, detecting fraudulent or unauthorized use, researching operational assessments, resolving errors in the website services, communicating with you, facilitating your internet use, and other purposes.

If you make a purchase, your name/title, identity or tax number, email and order details are processed for the formation and performance of the contract, collection of payment and fulfilment of financial and legal obligations, under sub-paragraphs (c) and (ç) of the second paragraph of Article 5 of the Law.

Transfer of personal data

Adastra Yazılım ve Teknoloji Çözümleri may share your personal data for the purposes listed above ("fulfilling obligations under Law No. 5651, improving the service provided to you, ensuring security, receiving your suggestions and complaints, detecting inappropriate use, communicating with you and collecting payment") and for any of those purposes to be carried out, with third parties such as hosting service providers, payment institutions, law firms, research companies and call centers, in line with the purposes for which the data was obtained, in Turkey and/or abroad, with its partners and affiliates (and/or third-party business partners with whom it must be shared to perform the work), in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the Law.

When the map on the contact page is displayed, your IP address and browser information are sent to Google, which provides the map service (see the Privacy Policy).

Methods of collecting personal data

Adastra Yazılım ve Teknoloji Çözümleri collects your personal data when you visit our website, sign in to your account, place an order, and/or contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp. Your personal data is also collected when you disclose it by contacting Adastra Yazılım ve Teknoloji Çözümleri by other means.

Retention of personal data

Your personal data will be processed and retained within the legal exceptions whose legal basis is stated above, under Article 5 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data. Personal data will be retained for as long as the processing purposes above require. In addition, in the event of any dispute that may arise between Adastra Yazılım ve Teknoloji Çözümleri and the persons concerned, Adastra Yazılım ve Teknoloji Çözümleri may retain personal data, limited to what is necessary to make the required defences in that dispute, for the limitation periods set by legislation.

Your rights regarding your personal data

As a data subject, by applying to Adastra Yazılım ve Teknoloji Çözümleri you have the right to:

  • Learn whether your personal data is processed,
  • Request information if your personal data has been processed,
  • Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose,
  • Know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred in Turkey or abroad,
  • Request correction if your personal data is incomplete or incorrectly processed, and request that this be notified to the third parties to whom your data was transferred,
  • Request deletion or destruction of your personal data if the reasons requiring its processing no longer exist, and request that this be notified to the third parties to whom your data was transferred,
  • Object to a result against you arising from the analysis of your processed data exclusively by automated systems,
  • Request compensation for damage you suffer because your personal data was processed unlawfully.

If you submit your requests regarding these rights in line with the application procedures set out in the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, to info@adatra-intelligence.com or to the address above, Adastra Yazılım ve Teknoloji Çözümleri will conclude your request free of charge as soon as possible according to its nature, and within 30 (thirty) days at the latest.
